You've blocked notifications

To allow notifications again:

1. Click the 🔒 lock icon or
   three-dot menu (⋮) icon next to the website address.
2. Find Notifications in the dropdown menu.
3. Set it to Allow or click Reset permission.
4. Then refresh the page and try again.
